- The following cases are not covered by the warranty. Individual differences that occur during the growth process, such as changes in coat color, size, body shape (ear shape, etc.), and tooth engagement.
- Conditions that do not interfere with daily life, such as clitoral testicle, hernia, stone disease, cherry eye, pyometra, and endometritis.
- Bone dysplasia that does not interfere with daily life. (Hip joint, patella, disc herniation, etc.)
- Intestinal parasites, ectoparasites, internal parasites, viral infections.
- In case of illness or death due to not receiving veterinary treatment or not being vaccinated against infectious diseases.
- When a dog (cat) living in the same household becomes ill or dies as a result of infection or contact.
- In the case of death, illness, theft, accident, escape due to the owner's intentional or negligence or problems in breeding, death due to other inappropriate breeding, or death due to failure to observe our precautions.
- Death due to intentional or gross negligence.
- If there is a false declaration in the content of the request, and all other matters incidental to the above.

Terms and conditions
Agreement
For the sale of living organisms, TIARA PETS (SG) and (hereinafter referred to as Party B) will conclude a sales contract as follows and formally exchange a living organism sales contract. Prior to this, Party A shall confirm that Party A has provided Party B with the information necessary for the proper care or storage of the pet by means of a separate manual, etc. Party B is fully aware of the fact that it raises living animals, and raises them with affection for the rest of its life. She will manage her health such as proper breeding and vaccinations, and will be aware of her social responsibility as a pet owner.
Delivery date / delivery method
The delivery date in this contract shall be [YY/MM/DD].
The delivery method shall be determined separately after consultation between Party A and Party B.
Life insurance　
If a serious congenital disease that interferes with normal life as a pet is discovered within one month after delivery. Or, if the dog dies due to a congenital disease, Party A shall provide Party B with a replacement dog equivalent to the living price. In that case, please attach a medical certificate signed by two veterinarians and contact us as soon as possible.
Exclusions/Disclaimers
In the following cases, it will not be covered by the biological guarantee, and Party A will not be held responsible for Party B. Returns/Exchanges
If Party B cancels or cancels the contract due to the convenience of Party B, no refund will be given because the sales opportunity has been lost. Regarding the sales contract related to the living body, it will be sold as it is, and there will be no returns or exchanges due to the convenience of Party B.
Termination of contract
If it becomes impossible to deliver the pet due to the death of the pet or the occurrence of a genetic disease, Party A will cancel this Agreement and refund the full amount received to Party B.
Agenda
Matters not stipulated in this contract shall be resolved amicably through consultation between Party A and Party B.
As a proof of the conclusion of this Agreement, two copies of this Agreement shall be prepared and signed and sealed by both parties.
